The Challenge

Croma’s critical Mobile & Desktop pages were taking >12 sec to load, impacting user experience and funnel drop off. Reliability and availability of website was another problem as they witnessed heavy user traffic & growth. Infrastructure cost has increased disproportionally to the traffic. Data Security & vulnerability to DDoS attacks were a major concern. Insights about usage was needed.
